Great rooms, clean, quiet, and comfy beds. Good breakfast although the biscuits and gravy need help. There are no microwaves in the rooms, but one is available in the lobby. I will be back next time I'm in Nashville.
The continental breakfast was interesting. The drink machine gave straight syrup. Would recommend not eating breakfast. Only negative about room was the water did not get hot enough and then was going cold before two minutes. Other than that the bed was super comfy.
Clean, quiet, close to my class I attended. The young man at the front desk was very nice. Bed was very comfortable, although there was a hollowed out spot where my body laid. Memory foam? I slept great though. Everything in good working order in the room. I like to walk in the mornings and sidewalks all around the area. Breakfast was good. I brought my own walnuts for my oatmeal. Close to grocery stores. Internet ample: 74 Mbps download on a Saturday night. For the price I paid thru Expedia it was excellent.
We stayed at Wingate Hotel for 4 nights. It is clean and comfortable. They also provide daily housekeeping. The one thing that could use improvement is the limited breakfast buffet. Every morning had scrambled eggs and biscuits for the hot food choices. The third hot choice was either sausage patties on one morning or very runny sausage gravy on the other morning ls. Hot sauce, salsa and warm tortillas would have been a good addition to dress up the scrambled eggs. There was a waffle machine and a yogurt machine. Bread choices included white and wheat bread, mini bagels, and 2 kinds of mini muffins. There was a toaster and microwave. Cereal choices included 4 kinds of cereal and instant oatmeal packets. Fresh fruit was apples and oranges. We would have liked to see bacon one of the mornings and full-size assorted bagels with cream cheese. Seating options included a counter with seating for 10, 6 tables for 2, and a table for 4, for a total seating capacity of 26.
The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating! The room was small but clean and tastefully decorated. The comfort of the bed was amazing!!! As was the water pressure of the shower. There could have been more attention given to the small things like the towels being properly folded and placed. As well as the clock being turned right side up and plugged in. But overall, we had a pleasant stay!
Our room was very comfortable and clean. The shower pressure was great. The free breakfast was a plus, and their coffee was hot and delicious. The staff was very courteous and friendly. We will stay here again!
We stay there every year on the way home and it's a decent place, clean, and we will continue to stay there for one night every year. A little disappointed when we went to get breakfast at 7:30 and had to wait for coffee, etc to be replenished. Otherwise everything was very good.
Upon entry to the lobby, we were greeted by the most courteous and welcoming front desk assistant I believe i have ever encountered. The hotel smelled amazing, as did the room, which was so clean. The night was quiet, bed was meld into comfy....breakfast scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, banana nut muffins, waffles, cereal, orange juice, milk, great coffee! I would definitely visit again
